This document reports field activities in the Disko Bay area in West Greenland. The field studies were part of a background study with the aim of collecting information to the preparation of a strategic environmental impact assessment of oil exploration activities on land in the Disko Island and Nuussuaq Peninsula area. Two studies are reported: 1/the inspection of the impacts and the restoration of terrain and vegetation damages from two previous exploration activities in Nuussuaq Peninsula, and 2/ a vegetation study which collected background information for future interpretation of satellite images of vegetation.
