The conference will provide a forum for practitioners and scientists to

• explore potentials of smart and green cities,
• discuss the character of socio-technical and infrastructural changes necessary for smart and green city development,
• Disentangle societal and social impacts and challenges related to smart and green city Development

A smart and green city could be defined as a developed urban area that creates sustainable development and high quality of life by excelling in multiple key areas: economy, mobility, environment, people, living, and government.
But who lives in such a structure? And how?
