AlgaeCenter Denmark: 2nd "Macro Algae from research to industry" Conference.
This year the focus of the conference will be the Nordic perspective on “Macro algae from research to industry”. Four key topics will be addressed in individual sessions and in workshops. Each session will open with a speech from a delegate representing an industry using macro algae in the production.
The four topics will be:
- Energy
- Up scaling and security of supply
- Food and health
- Animal feed and proteins
The conference will give the participants the opportunity to meet companies and researchers involved in the utilization of macro algae and stay updated on the latest knowledge and business development. The second day there will be a workshop on macro- and micro algae held in cooperation with the project “Nordic Algae Network” under Nordic Innovation´s Nordic Marine Innovation Programme.
